Change of Owner Mailing Address
The Pima County Assessor is required to mail a Notice of Valuation to all property owners of record at the last known address.
In addition, please be advised that Arizona law does not require the Pima County Board of Supervisors to send tax statements. The only statutory requirement is to publish a Tax Due Notice in the local newspaper four (4) weeks prior to the delinquency date. Tax statements are sent to taxpayers as a courtesy and as sound business practice.
With this in mind, help Pima County deliver your Notice of Valuation as well as your tax statements by keeping your mailing address up to date.
